Award-Winning Coffee Beans
Our blends have won many medals at the Golden Bean Coffee Roasters Competition and the Australian International Coffee Awards. We haven't entered since 2021, but the coffee hasn't changed.
- Secret Blend: our best seller, a medium to dark roast with a big body and a dark chocolate finish. It's built for milk coffees.
- Mystics Blend: a medium roast with medals in both the milk and alternative-milk categories, so it suits almond and oat as well.
- Calm the Farm: named after The Farm at Killalea. It has a juicy body, a dark berry aroma and a chocolate finish.
- Rebellion Blend, Decaf, and the Single Origin and Filter Coffee of the Month: for something different each month, or a cup without the caffeine.
- Cold Brew Concentrate: steeped cold for 14–16 hours. Just add water or milk.

We roast every week from our home in Albion Park Rail. We supply cafés, offices and homes across the Illawarra and South Coast, from Wollongong and Shellharbour to Kiama and Nowra, and deliver Australia wide. Cafés and offices can ask us about wholesale supply.
