Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders received before midday will be shipped the same business day. Any orders received after midday will be shipped the next business day. Order received over the weekend will be shipped the next business day.

Orders for coffee machines will be shipped within 3 days. Additional fraud checks will be conducted before shipping, to ensure that the transaction is legitimate. There is a large range of fraudulent transactions online and we need to protect ourselves against this.

We ship all orders with Australia Post or with Shippit. Delivery times may vary from state to state.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Australia Post estimates international shipping may be between 10 - 28 business days. Please note this is a guide only, and does not include the processing time upon arrival at the destination.

PAYMENTS

When ordering, please be sure to provide your full name, exact billing address and any other required information. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. All orders are subject to availability of stock. We may not be able to make changes to orders once they have been placed. However, if notified by the customer of an error (by email) we will do our best to correct the order. We only accept payment through Paypal, Shop Pay and Google Pay.
