The Nucleus Coffee Distributor (NCD) is a must have tool any serious barista.
What is it for?
The NCD has been developed to reduce potential channeling of your coffee. It does so by sweeping the coffee around the portafilter. Its aim is to evenly distribute the coffee in your filter basket and it does it very effectively. Once you start using it, you will wonder why you didn't get one much sooner.
The height of the NCD is adjustable to ensure the perfect coffee depth before using your tamper.
