The Silvia Pro is the new single group espresso machine that provides precision and control over every shot. The Silvia Pro is a blend of the professional performance of Rancilio espresso machines. It has a PID on each boiler with a digital display on the front of the machine, two independent boilers (one for coffee and one for steam/hot water), the Silvia Pro is designed to provide specialty cafe-quality espresso from the comfort of home.
